Who Am I?
Meet the sourcing expert behind Shreeji Consultancy.
I am an engineering and manufacturing professional with over 25 years of hands-on experience in castings and machining.
My career began in 1998 with leading ancillaries serving major OEMs such as Kirloskar Oil Engines, Mahindra & Mahindra, and others. Over the years, I’ve guided more than 150 companies in Rajkot through ISO 9001, QS 9000/TS 16949, and other certifications—working closely with global bodies like TÜV NORD, TÜV SÜD, TÜV Rhineland, DNV, and Lloyd’s Register. By 2006, this journey had built a strong foundation in system certification and quality compliance.
I started my career as a Management Representative at a leading investment casting manufacturer in Rajkot, Gujarat, India, where my customer relationship skills led to a promotion into a senior marketing role. From 2007 to 2012, I represented the group both domestically and internationally, building strong buyer relationships and expanding market reach.
In 2013, I joined a newly established investment casting company as a founding team member, taking charge of global marketing and business development. This role gave me the opportunity to travel extensively across the USA, Germany, Japan, UK, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Russia, and other countries—driving growth and forging strategic partnerships.
I’ve represented the company at international exhibitions such as Hannover Messe, Valve World, GIFA, SUBCON, PCVEXPO, IMTS, GACS, Automotive World, Castforge, and more.
Since 2022, I’ve been working independently as a consultant, offering tailored services to casting buyers and manufacturers. I’ve had the privilege of acting as a local representative for global buyers of investment castings, while also serving as a business coach to support the strategic growth of casting manufacturers.
